We can not accept orders for prescriptions over the telephone. Please use one of the other methods to order your prescription instead.
We need 72 hours (3 working days) notice to prepare repeat prescriptions.
Online Repeat Prescriptions
To order your repeat prescriptions online, please click on the link below. To use this service you have to have registered first in person at reception. To register please bring with you two forms of ID. One must be photographic and the other must be proof of your address. The care navigators can provide more information if required.
The reason we have to ask that ID is presented at the Practice in person, is because this online service can also give access to medical records. We have to make sure that only the right patient is being given the online sign on.

Electronic Prescription Service
We would encourage all patients to have their repeat prescriptions sent to a local pharmacy electronically. There is no need for a paper prescription. It means the patient can order and collect their prescription and then their medication.
The prescription transfers electronically directly to the Pharmacy. This means the patient does not need to call at the Surgery. Patients should contact the care navigators at reception or their chosen Pharmacy for more details and to nominate their chosen Pharmacy.
Repeat Dispensing
Our practice is collaborating with NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) which is providing NHS numbers for those patients that may be suitable for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions. The information is obtained from NHS prescriptions submitted to the NHSBSA. A member of our clinical team may contact these patients soon to explain the benefits of this service.
